As an expert in mom health, I believe that movement and laughter are truly the best medicine.

When I had my first baby, everything changed, including my "gym" routine and body.

I felt anxious, stressed, and lost, mentally & physically.

I refused to stay this way, so I took my background and paired it with science to create these "movement codes" that changed my life, mind and body forever.

Redefining fitness is not only the way I found myself again as a busy af mom, but lead to a vision and movement [ha!] to help moms globally take back control of their health, weight, fitness, and mindset permanently; without restriction, and without sacrificing their family to do it.

As Co-founder of Mom Life Peak, we believe every mom deserves to look her best, feel her best, and live her best life. That’s what I was put on this planet to do every damn day!

 I'm a Holistic Trainer, and Yoga Tune Up® Instructor, a Registered Functional Yoga Teacher, a Neuro-sensory Specialist with a background in FRC®, FRA®, RMM®, & GMB®. I'm a former competitive gymnast,  Chiropractic/Physical Therapy Assistant, and BrainCore Therapy Technician. My Bachelor’s is in Health Sciences [Scroll to the bottom for full list of certifications and credentials]  

 I’ve been in the rehab, health, weight loss and fitness industry for over 14 years.

My background is in functional movement, power yoga, body weight barefoot training, nervous system regulation and behavior change when it comes to permanent weight loss and relieving chronic pain. I focus on the basics. I'm your foundations girl, rebuilding your body from the ground up for sustainability, longevity, and resilience. More importantly, I help you make health and fitness fun again with making it fit seamlessly with  the unpredictability of mom life. 

I’ve worked with and helped moms from all walks of life with all kinds of pains, weight loss desires, conditions and goals. 

All in all, I'm here to help you help yourself. It's time to take back ownership of your happiness, energy, confidence, and identity mentally, physically and emotionally for good...sound good?
